I was thinking...

Why is it that when you're chewing gum on an empty stomach your stomach starts grumbling like crazy?

I've come to the conclusion that chewing gum is like fake eating... You're chewing on something but nothing is going down your throat. When we chew gum on an empty stomach, this upsets the stomach and it will begin to roar with anger. Your stomach will say "where's my food! Stop faking it! Give me food!!! ROAR!" The more you chew gum on an empty stomach, the more your tummy will rumble tumble. If you just stop chewing the gum your angry roaring stomach might clam down... If not, that's a sign that you should eat.

I can't believe people actually record their stomach's growling...

that's my theory.... so don't chew gum on an empty stomach.

And that's the thinking going on in my head.
